Refund Policy

Due to the unique nature of digital goods, which are intangible and non-returnable, we do not facilitate any refunds or exchanges after the purchase is completed.
For EU customers, by purchasing this digital product, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that once the download is made available, your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply where permitted by law.
All promotional offers are time-bound and subject to change without prior notice. Sales during promotions, discounts, and pre-orders are considered final. These offers are not applicable retroactively and are limited to specified products. Quantum DSP reserves the right to terminate any offer at its discretion. Should you encounter any issues with our products, including file access, installation, or maximizing their functionality, or if you have inquiries, please reach out to our support team via email at shop@quantumdsp.com. We are committed to diligently addressing your concerns and providing assistance.

Subscription payments and cancellation
Subscription payments, including initial purchases and renewal payments, are nonrefundable. We do not provide partial refunds or prorated credits for unused subscription time, non-use, or cancellation during a paid term.
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time using the subscription management option provided with your subscription. For cancellation assistance, contact shop@quantumdsp.com. Cancel before your next renewal charge to prevent that charge.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not refund your current payment or shorten your paid term. Your subscription access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for and expires when that term ends.
For example, if you pay $84 for an annual subscription and cancel renewal after one month, the remaining 11 months of access remain available until the end of your annual subscription term. No refund or credit will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription, and your subscription will simply expire at the end of the paid term unless you choose to renew.

Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for defective or misdescribed software, non-delivery, and any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights. Where the law requires a refund or other remedy, those rights take precedence over this policy. A purchase alone does not waive a statutory withdrawal right; any required consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation must be obtained in accordance with applicable law.
